Alexis Castiglia – Director
Starting her 4th school year at Jack & Jill, Alexis brings nearly 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She works closely with staff and families to ensure a supportive, nurturing, and thoughtfully structured preschool experience. With a strong background in classroom teaching and program management, Alexis is dedicated to helping children, families, and educators thrive together.
Jamie Maloney – Lead Teacher
Now beginning her 6th school year, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and warmth to the classroom. She skillfully blends academics with play, helping children build essential kindergarten readiness skills in a fun, developmentally appropriate way. Jamie works hard to meet each child where they are, creating a learning environment that is both engaging and effective. Her ability to balance structure with joy makes her a beloved and trusted presence in the classroom.
Mackenzie Rose – Assistant Teacher
Starting her 4th school year, Mackenzie brings a warm, nurturing energy and a genuine love for early childhood education. She works hard to build strong, trusting relationships with each student, helping them feel safe, valued, and confident. Mackenzie supports the classroom with enthusiasm and creativity, and she is currently completing her CDA to continue growing in the field.
Hope Williams – Assistant Teacher
Now beginning her 2nd school year at Jack & Jill, Hope brings a calm, caring presence and a genuine love for working with young children. She is especially attuned to the emotional needs of students and helps create a classroom environment where every child feels seen, heard, and supported. Whether she’s leading a small group activity or offering encouragement, Hope contributes to the warm, and inclusive atmosphere.
